As of September 1, 2019, tobacco products, including electronic cigarettes can only be sold to persons who are 21 years or older. This restriction includes all tobacco products, such as cigarettes, cigars, blunt wraps, ecigarettes, ejuice, smokeless tobacco products, shisha and tobacco-related products.
