Wilkin County We Care Coalition has passed an ordinance which, as of September 1, 2019, outlaws selling tobacco products to persons who are young than 21. This resolution will include all cigarettes, cigars, blunt wraps, e-cigarettes, e-juice, smokeless tobacco products, shisha and other tobacco related products. Tobacco use among persons 18-20 years of age will not be prohibited.
