Thrifty Horizons is a second hand store that is dedicated to providing meaningful job training by assisting people with disabilities in a variety of retail tasks, which will give them the knowledge and skills to seek future community employment, while providing customers the best possible service in a retail setting. Proceeds from Thrifty Horizons support programs of Red River Human Services Foundation.
