Welcome to Traverse Care Center, where we believe in compassionate care that fosters well-being, independence and dignity. The spacious, six-acre grounds surrounding our facility include flower and vegetable gardens and Wheatons famous Mallard Duck.
We provide long-term care as well as focused rehabilitation services, guided by our core values: hospitality, stewardship, integrity, respect, and humor. These values guide the services we provide, influence our decisions and priorities, and represent stability to those we serve.
