Welcome to Rise Studio, formerly Nimble Yoga. Janessa, owner and operator of Rise Studio has been a certified massage therapist since 2010, she became a certified yoga instructor in 2021. Janessa will continue to provide both yoga and massage to Wahpeton and Breckenridge in this absolutely lovely space. The name Rise Studio embodies the idea of personal growth, transformation, and the idea of rising above challenges. It represents not only the rise of individuals but also the collective power we have as a community to uplift and support one another.
