Region 4 Regional Transportation Coordinating Council Our Mission "To coordinate and expand the provision of transportation services to benefit those residents of West Central Minnesota facing transportation barriers." Who We Are The Regional Transportation Coordinating Council (RTCC) is comprised of 32 agencies working together to eliminate transportation barriers throughout Region 4, which includes the 9 counties. What We Do We provide coordination for transportation services through a network of existing public, private and nonprofit transportation providers. Our goal is to fill transportation gaps, streamline access to transportation and provide individuals more options of where and when to travel. The Counties We Serve BECKER COUNTY CLAY COUNTY DOUGLAS COUNTY GRANT COUNTY OTTER TAIL COUNTY POPE COUNTY STEVENS COUNTY TRAVERSE COUNTY WILKIN COUNTY Our Collaborating Agencies The agencies collaborating together on this initiative include: The Car Care Program, West Central Minnesota Communities Action, Inc., West Central Initiative, Someplace Safe, Veterans Services Offices, MN Veterans Homes, County Human Services, Public Health, Transportation Alternatives, Rainbow Rider, MATBUS, Handi X-Press, People's Express, Primewest Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Care Centers, Region IV South Mental Health Initiative and Area Agency on Aging and Senior Centers. "I have no relatives in the area where I live. Without West Central's R4 Transportation Program I would be homebound, basically. I use the service for home shopping trips, to meet with friends who live a distance away, for so many things.
