Melissa Thiele has spent her entire adult life in the region. As a mother of five, she has become well-acquainted with the community and takes great pleasure in helping its members with their real estate needs. She particularly enjoys assisting first-time homebuyers and helping them achieve their homeownership dreams. Lisa Mauch grew up in Mandan, ND. She attended pharmacy school at NDSU and actively worked in that profession for 25 years while she and her husband raised 3 kids on the farm near Mantador ND. Her interest in real estate was not a surprise as three other family members are also Realtors! She started her career in real estate in Fargo, ND but she was drawn back to the Richland County area where she joined Miller Realty in Breckenridge, MN and is moving toward her 8th year in this profession. She enjoys working with the rural community, including farmsteads as well as the cities, and she currently averages 40 to 50 transactions a year. She emphasizes great photography and marketing on social media for each of her listings, as well as staging and home preparation when listing a home.
