CHI St. Francis Health Foundation makes it possible to support what's close to your heart. We are a 501 c(3) nonprofit that supports the local hospital, nursing home, and clinics and assists Hospice with its donation processing.
We work hard to keep health care close to home and are able to offer an outstanding rural healthcare experience because people like you value and support it. The money our Foundation receives is reinvested directly into the community.
The Foundation gives back to our community through direct hospital and nursing home improvements, education and outreach, scholarships, and various area grant opportunities and partnerships. We are always looking to support our community!
